Los pedidos pueden tardar hasta 2-3 semanas en enviarse, ya que hay que hacerlo  a mano y somos un equipo pequeño. Cuando el pedido esté listo y en camino, recibirás un email con el número de seguimiento. Si hay alguna solicitud especial, como regalos de cumpleaños, que deben entregarse antes de una fecha concreta, no dude en enviarnos un correo electrónico a hola@fikkita.com. ​

• Rest of the world shipping

Orders can take up to 4-5 weeks to be shipped, since it has to be made by hand and we are a small team. When the order is ready and on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If there are any special requests, such as birthday gifts, that need to be delivered by a certain date, please feel free to email us at hello@fikkita.com.

• Returns

Returns are not accepted since everything is made to order. Exceptions may apply if product is received defective.
